How To Apply

The Rimmel London Stay Matte Primer is one of the very few budget-friendly primers in the market. This foundation primer works a little like a moisturizer to make the skin look and feel very smooth and even texture. A mattifying primer will help absorb any oil with and create a matte appearance to the skin.
